The Starting Point

What the church needed

Real Life Christian Assemblies had an existing site, built on Wix, that no longer reflected the church well. They needed something that felt current, was easy for a small church team to navigate, and gave visitors everything they'd actually want before showing up for the first time: service times, location, a way to join the Wednesday service remotely, and a sense of who the church actually is.

The Build

What's actually on the site

The finished site runs 11 pages: Home, Statement of Faith, Ordination & Installation, Pastor, Ministries (with separate pages for Men's Fellowship, Women's Fellowship, and Children's Ministry), Media, Donate, and Events.

✦

Full Navigation Structure

11 distinct pages, cleanly organized under a single navigation menu, including dedicated sub-pages for each ministry.

✦

Photo Galleries

Congregation photos built into the Home page, giving visitors a real sense of the community before they ever walk in.

✦

Live Service Integration

A direct Zoom link for the Wednesday evening service, plus an embedded YouTube playlist on the Media page for past messages.

✦

Service Info, Front and Center

Meeting location, service times, and a phone number placed right on the homepage, no digging required.

The Process

Built by vibe coding

This site was vibe coded: I directed an AI tool in plain language, reviewed and tested every page, and asked for changes until it was right. I didn't hand-write the code. That's true of my website design work generally and is different from my editing services, which never involve AI in any form.

The site is currently live on a preview address while the church finalizes the switch from their old domain. See what a project like this would cost →
