How it works
- Choose an amount. Gift certificates are available in any amount from $50 up. Popular choices: $75 (covers a polished personal statement or a batch of poems), $150 (a strong start on a manuscript edit or a First Chapter Diagnostic plus more), and $300+ (a meaningful piece of a dissertation or novel edit).
- Reach out through my contact form. Choose "Gift Certificate" in your message details, tell me the amount and the recipient's name, and I'll send you an invoice by email with secure Stripe payment.
- Receive a beautiful printable certificate. I'll email you a branded gift certificate with a unique code, ready to print or forward. You can include a personal message.
- They redeem it whenever they're ready. The recipient contacts me with their code, we scope their project, and the certificate value applies to their quote. Certificates don't expire, because good writing doesn't run on a deadline.
What they can use it for
Anything I offer: dissertation and thesis editing, fiction and nonfiction editing, beta reading, poetry feedback, admissions essays, résumés, business writing, and more. If their project costs more than the certificate, they simply pay the difference; if less, the remainder stays on their account for next time.
